Managed cloud spend is the total monthly billing amount that Finopscraft ingests and forecasts across all your connected cloud accounts. We count your gross bill before any credits or discounts are applied. If you are on an enterprise discount program, use your undiscounted list cost to determine your tier.

Yes. You can start on any tier without entering a credit card. The trial runs for 14 days with full feature access. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or your account moves to a read-only state with your data retained for 30 days.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade to a tier that does not support your current number of cloud accounts, you will be prompted to remove accounts before the downgrade applies.

Finopscraft currently supports AWS (via Cost Explorer API), Google Cloud Platform (via Billing export to BigQuery), and Microsoft Azure (via Cost Management API). Multi-cloud setups that span all three providers are fully supported from the Growth tier. Additional provider support is on our roadmap.

Finopscraft requests read-only access to your cloud billing APIs. We never request permissions to create, modify, or delete cloud resources. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We are designed with SOC 2 controls and conduct regular internal security reviews.

No. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment. You can cancel any time and access continues until the end of your paid period. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual plan refunds are prorated at our discretion.
